Above is the team involved in a concert of the massed RAF bands
to commeorate the 80th Anniversary of the RAF. Sean Maffett (commentator
extroadinaire asked me to put together a video accompinament to
the 3 hour concert from the recently completed 6 hour epic RAF history
for Discovery that would be projected above the bands.I also got
the technical team together.
Below - Filming from an Army Gazelle helicopter over an Army training
area near the Brecon Becons in Wales. Yes, the door is off! But,
I am strapped in! The pilot said he hadn't heard the whoosh of the
trees going past a few feet below before!
I filmed and edited a number of programmes looking at the conservation
efforts of the British Army at sites like this. The films were included
on a CD-Rom for the British National Space Council called "Window
on the World" 2 million of which were published free with the
Sunday Times increasing there sales by 13% on that day. They are
also used at a visitors centre at the site in Wales.
